120th day without ginell. cloudy day. time flies when you have a good n work collegue which you know for two years. iam having a bad day today. in the morning when reaching my workplace i felt ok but when want to work that time halfway i felt very bad because of my nose give me a bad cold suddenly. until i cant take it anymore, i went to take some medicine and went to rest.
uncle jimmy one of the sister brother was there to help. iam so sorry to make u help me to my work. then marian one of the housekeeper said ' what happen' ? i told her not feeling so good ask me go and rest. she helped to push the resident back to the dining hall. when she came back, she brought me to the medical room to take temp just in case fever.

i took my work uniform and told uncle jimmy dun do if you cant handle. then went to medical room to see if got any resident came back from doctor all must write in my report. i punched out early then took bus home.
reached home, bath an d sleep.
cook my own porridge n eat

119th day without ginell. sunny day. I MISS You Friend. how i wish i could i see u again. i got a lot of things to show u. iam happy to call u coz i can hear and talk to u on the phone. iam vey lucky to have a fren which i know for 2 years. i will treasure our friendship a lot. you taught me how things are done correctly.

She is always be our friend no matter where she goes. it's our pleasure to work with her until she resigned here at SJH. iam also glad i can sent u to the airport to sent u off. she is like a big sister to me because she is older than me.

i hope u will always remember that u are always welcome to come back to SJH if you want.

3 Months Passed

117th day without ginell at saint joseph's home physio dept. sunny day. 3 months since she went back home. life must go one if one less person here. I miss her so much including the residents. i wish i could see her again, miss those times we work together and went out together with her other work collegues. everything has change in our physio dept. they change our pants instead of the black ones, we wore the maroon red pants with white stripes to the bottom.

I just called her last week and she is doin fine at home.She is still thinking whether want to study again. she told me i can called her once a month 2x. coz i have to buy the overseas card to call her and the card only $10 value depending which card u buy.

I Recalled those times she taught me so many new things actually when i do those things it really helps me and make me learn more. Thank You. she is a nice person when you work with her. she never angry. angry for a while then she is ok. outside work, she dun wan to talk about work just relalx and enjoy ourselves. when work must be serious.

How i wish i could turn back the time and i want to learn some more things from you. when she left in june 14, i sent her to the airport. i almost cried and i got a lot of things to tell her on the day but i dunoe how to put in a simple way.

SUNDAY MASS

yesterday went for mass at my workplace the chapel. my work collegue cathy did not attend mass there, she attended mass outside. after mass, it was still raining. i was about to go off. then 2 of my nursing frens goin out.they asked me to wait for them. one is elisa and the other sheryl. they eat a bit of food in the staff lounge. after that, they went upstairs to their room to take their bag n outing form.

while waiting for them, i message cathy my work collegue because she ask me to tell her where iam goin so that if i want to meet her, just message her. then elisa n sheryl came down. we walk to the bus stop opposite the home, goin to take the bus to jurong point.

Reached Jurong Point, they want to send something, so i wait for them. after that, went to NTUC Extra to buy food they want to eat. bought finish, went to banquet food court to have lunch. i ate sliced flish soup with rice, elisa had seafood soup with hor fun and sheryl had chicken rice. this is my 1st time i eat with them coz not always go out with them. then cathy message me, ask me to meet her at Orchard Lucky Plaza main entrance. so i took train after both of them went off. reached around 1:25pm. went to meet her, walk around the shops then we went off after that. i did not noe that one of the staff who works in the laundry area also went to Lucky Plaza with her family, she is a chinese lady. she said her father wants to sent money something like that. i told her i went there also then she said so many people from philippine gals went there so crowded. then another nursing fren name donnabel also went orchard but she told me she went takashimaya around 2 plus. but i told her, maybe we left already.

all goin to orchard but never meet each other. some may be coinsidence. maybe there too crowded, cant recognise coz all walking to takashimaya after lucky plaza.

Social Mission Alive

yesterday nite, we went with the sisters to attend one concert.
called social mission alive. very nice but the food not so nice.
me, cathy, uncle jimmy and other staff went also. only 10 people
who went. after that, we took the free shuttle bus to dover mrt.
from there, we took train home but i alighted at jurong east to
change over to red line goin to my house.
i reached home around 10pm.
bath n sleep.

Catholic Welfare 50th Dinner.

Laste nite, some of the staff went to celebrate catholic welfare 50th anniversary at singapore expo ballroom. before that, we attend mass first at hoky trinity at eunos before goin there..
the mass is one hour. who are the people who went. , me , cathy , aiza, donnabel, dolores, aljeh and other staff from our home. the dinner start late. we enjoyed ourself very much.
i wore the white blouse with flowery and pink dress with a heart necklace.
i borrow from my nusing friend. THANKS. reached back SJH around 11pm. then reached my house coming midnite.

after buying, we eat at kopitiam then walk around the shops . after that i go

today after mass i went out with cathy my work collegue to lucky plaza.
she want to sent money home. so i accmpany her go. after that, we took train to bishan
junction 8 to eat lunch. after our lunch at yoshinoya we walk a bit there.
then i went home after that. she went to her friend house near to bishan junction 8.
reached home around 2pm. goin to take ahower nw and bath.

my physio work collegue went back to phillippine coming 2 months already.
so fast. the residents and staff are missing her a lot. we here in physio
dept also miss a lot. I MISS U. i just called her last monday after work. i call
her using the hello card can call overseas. when i talk to her on the phone, always cannot get through. i use cathy's phone to call he and can get through. she will sent me the new no so that i can talk to her. She say she is okay and last friday her own dog bite her.
i talk to her she is laughing on the phone. lol. i ask her wad are u laughing ?. she said nth. IAM Hoping i can see u again. hope one day our paths will cross again.

SG NITE SAFARI

yesterday nite i went to sg nite safari with my parents, elder sister n aaron my nephew.
we have special discount but i must buy the ticket to go in. we left the house at 9pm.
we tool the safari tram, then can see all the animals like lion and other animals. they off the
tram lights. then got one family in front of us. use camera to take pic of the animal. the staff already said no photography coz the animal is afraid of lights. bad for their eyes. wad if they take the pic of the animal then the animal run out then how? some more we sit behind. they are too much. they have to stop the tram n asked them not to take. reached home around 11pm. then bath n sleep. 1st time go to nite safari. coz last time always day time go.

u sit the tram u can feel the breeze very strong n very refreshed. the tram go on the water also.

on monday, janette one of the nurse is goin back to her country and brother corneliusis also goin back.
one by one all the staff goin back. its my pleasure knowing u and working together here with you in sjh. long time did not post coz dunnoe wad to write. my work collegue who went back to
phillippine, she wrote back to me. she say she miss a lot of us here including the residents. and got typhoon and no electricity. and very busy with her own things. iam waiting for her to reply me back. take care always n god bless u.

Weekend Sunday

attended mass at SJH. after mass i went out with my work collegue cathy to lucky plaza.
just jalan jalan at LP, then she also sent money back to her country. we took mrt there. cathy message janice another work collegue but not physio work collegue. she is a nurse in SJH also.
we told her we will meet her in jurong point about 3:30 - 4pm. but did not come. so i and cathy just walk abit at jurong point 1 and 2. after jurong point, then she missed called cathy said that so sorry ladies, last min could not meet ur. we said ' nevermind next time okie.' so cathy took bus home while i wait for janice at the mrt station. she want to go sembawang. took the same train as her.we had lunch at lucky plaza. i ate pork and fried egg with brinjal.

reached home, bath n blog.
this is my weekend sunday for today.

Remembrance of my friend

yesterday we did not went out so we just stay at home, and i dun feel like goin out.
ginell wants to pass me something. and the thing she pass to me is her drinking cup that she used every morning for breakfast, tea time or dinner. she wants me to keep this cup for Souvenir. i will keep it and i promise i will not break that cup she give me. THANK YOU.
u are so caring, kind and hardworking. if i could turn back the time, i want to show u how to

Physio work collegue

Today i reached the home around 8:20am, then wait for cathy near the guard. so ginell came down n aunty lucy bought fried beehoon for us to eat. after eating, we went to see our fav sister who passed away this morning. after that, we went back to the office there. we took pictures outside ot room and i took with pictures with ginell and aunty lucy. then one of the philippine nursing friend name ivy is goin to the airport with us. aunty lucy not going.she is the one who called the taxi to come to the home to drive us there. ginell bid goodbye to the sister geraldine and sister roselia our choir teacher. in the taxi, ginell wave goodbye to aunty lucy near the guard. then we were inside the taxi and the taxi driver drove out of sjh.

when we reach changi airport, we help her find the check in counter. we took some pictures with ginell. ginell also took solo pictures with the word changi garden at T2. then when we check in, they say excess baggage so ginell got 4 luggage. one is the harvesack, one sling bag, 1 hard luggage and 2 bags. so we put the green bag from esprit into the big plastic bag with zip, ginell that time ask sister to give to her so that she can put her things. after that, went back to the counter, she only check in the hard luggage only. we still have 30 mins before she go in. she is so excited that she wave to us for a while only.after she went in, me cathy and ivy took train home.. cathy took train to city hall then change over to the red line towards woodlands. i reached home around 1pm,. ivy took train home back to boonlay. reached home , bath n slept for a while.

DINNER AT JP

2morow nite we are goin to JP for dinner coz my good physio work collegue
name ginell is goin home to philippine on june 14th. so this will be her last dinner
with us. we make for her a thank you card and my physio boss wrote something on the card.
but i write a lot for her. once in a lifetime. she is our work collegue and friend. we will all miss her
including the residents and sisters of SJH. u are always welcome to come back to SJH.

i wrote thank you for teaching me so many things, i greatly appreciated it. it's my pleasure knowing u as my work collegue and friend. dun forget to keep in touch with us okie.

Went Out With My work collegue

Yesterday and today after work, i accompany my work collegue ginell to sheng shiong
near my elder sister house. she want to buy something from there.
after buying, we went to the coffeeshop near to sheng shiong to eat a bowl of cold dessert.
she ate 1 bowl and i ate 1 bowl also. we both finished eating then went out of sheng shiong.
but today she goin back to sheng shiong again to buy a small bottle of chilli. then went to buy
3 containers of corn red bean ice kachang. she treat me today, yesterday i treat her.

today she wait for me then we walk to the park opposite the home then we saw 2 of our
work collegue went for jogging. their name is aiza and ivy. me and ginell went to find them,
sit down on the bench for a while then we go. ginell wants to take for me pictures at the park but
we forget. she also wants to take pictures with me at the park near my workplace. she wants
some of my songs from my hp so i send her through bluetooth, i taught her how to send music.
so we went ahead. ivy and aiza continue to do their exercise.

CHINESE GARDEN

yesterday we suppose to go our physio boss house, but we went there, she was not at home.
she was outside at bishan junction 8. when we called her, she say we have reached your house,
then she called back and say sorry i was not at home. then we told her nevermind is okay.
we just walk walk at AMK Hub a bit then go somewhere else. cathy, ginell and me went back to the mrt station and took train back to chinese garden. we went to chinese garden jalan jalan then take pictures. after chinese garden, we took train to boonlay. went jurong point jalan jalan then eat dinner at kopitiam. after we ate, cathy and ginell went to collect the pictures we took earlier
st chinese garden.

we went seperate after that. i reached home around 6:15pm, they reached home around the same time also. i eaten dinner , shower then sleep. pictures to be ready soon.

Last Time with my work collegue

Yesterday Wendy requested to go out with ginell and me. so after work, i went to change
out of my work uniform then wait for wendy and ginell near the guard. so ginell
came down around 5:20pm. we walk over to the church that side to take bus 174 to boonlay or
jurong point. ginell told me she is hungry, so we reached jp, went to KFC for dinner. we all had
2 piece chicken wing set, wendy and ginell had the same with cheese fries, mine dun have, i do not want.after kfc, we jalan jalan around the shops to look for ginell psp memory card how much? walk to clothes shop, see some clothes, went to harvey norman to ask the price.
went to this fashion to look for clothes again.

we walk and walk until we forget about the time, ginell always ask me what is the time now ? i said 7:30pm. when coming 8:20pm, ginell decided to buy some clothes from this fashion and wendy bought something from there also coz she member. then after this fashion, we took the escalator to value dollar shop because ginell wants to buy hair conditioner. bought finish, went up. then we said bye bye to her . ginell took bus home near baleno shop. me and wendy took train home. reached home around 9:15pm. i bathed then write report then sleep. yesterday was
wendy last day outing with ginell.

Weekend Sunday Outing

Today after mass at sjh, i went home rest a while n took my lunch. after
that, i went out to meet ginell and wendy at jurong east mrt station. we are goin
IMM to walk. we never took the shuttle bus but we walk there. reached there, went esprit
shop to see things. then jalan jalan, then went to 1st floor they sell all the vcds n ginell
bought some vcds. we went to kopitiam to eat something. we decided not to go to
wendy house to do some computer work. we changed our mind, so just jalan jalan there better.
ginell, me and wendy went to daiso to buy our things we need.

we took the shuttle bus back to jurong east mrt then walk the small shops there, then wendy say she thirsty, so ginell treat her to sweet talk but i dun wan. so they drank ice- brended yam drink.
ginell took bus 198 to boonlay, i think she goin jp or jurong point to buy something for her brother. i reached home, ate dinner then blog. goin to take shower soon., so fast june already.

2 more weeks, ginell goin back to philippines. i enjoy every moment that we went out together.
i enjoyed myself today.

Joy- Filled Weekend

Tomorow iam goin for mass at sjh. after mass, ginell, me, and wendy will meet cathy at bishan mrt. but iam not sure whether i meet wendy first then meet ginell. we see how the plan

we left at 5:30pm, then we went bishan junction 8 to have subway for dinner.

BLESSED Wednesday

today after work, me, ginell and wendy our new work physio work collegue.
we went to jurong point to eat dinner with her coz she goin back to her country.
we wait for her near the guard. so she came out. we took bus 157 to boon lay mrt.
reached boon lay mrt , went to withdraw $$$$ first then ginell top up her ez link card.
enter jurong point, is ginell turn to withdraw $$$. after that we walk around the shops
before we went to eat. ginell, me and wendy happen to go ntuc, we saw sheryl, Janette, Aiza and
elisa our home the work collegues there also. they were so shocked to see us there also.
then janette ask wendy if she can borrow vcd for them. so she said ok. wendy follow them to rent
vcd. me and ginell went to watson to buy toothpaste for my other work collegue name cathy.
after buying, we went to one of the vcd shop to see some vcds. outside the shop, ginell
ask me if i have nice songs to sent her . i sent her 4 songs already n teach her how to use bluetooth.

wendy came back then jalan jalan then we went 1st floor, then saw a lot of restaurant n small food court. me and wendy ask ginell wad u want to eat. she said up to us, then we let her choose
swensens, new york new york or billy bombers. we saw long john silver so we decided to eat there. we treat her. then after that , walk again then ginell wants to look for a handphone pouch,
went round the shops up and down a few times, then she decided to buy the hp pouch at japan homes at the basement. bought it, we went to comic connection see a litle bit then went back.
me and wendy took train home. she took bus back to saint joseph home. reached home around 9:25pm then bath n blog. i enjoyed every moment spent with my work collegues, there will be more to come be4 june.

WONDERFUL SUNDAY

This Morning attended mass at SJH Chapel. after
mass, Catherine, Ginell And me are goin out.
we took train to bishan to meet her friend.
after that, we went to buy movie ticket.
title of movie: Star Trek.
very nice, got humour , comedy kind and a lot things u can see.
i bought the food like salted popcorn n 2 drinks. i paid for me n ginell only.
then they bought their hotdog buns with coke included.
we went in found our seat then sat down. i went washroom first.
came back then some advertisement be4 the movie.

after watching movie, we went to her friend condo. me and ginell left the condo then my other work collegue stayed back. be4 goin home. we decided to walk at bishan junction 8 for a while then go home. we took the train to raffles place then change over to east west direction, i take this side because i want to accompany my work collegue n also faster to reach home. i allighted at jurong east then transfer train back to marsiling. reached home, sent a message to my work collegue n her friend saying thank you for everything today.
reached home, shower then watch tv. now blogging about today events. i enjoyed myself today.

PT PROGRAM

We now have a list of residents who must we bring in to the gym, but not everybody.
we also include Group Exercise that includes holding the thera ball n ask the resident
to move the ball up n down 30 times, rest a while then move the ball from side to side also 30
times, rest a while then hold the thera ball then move towards ur body in and out 30 times.
after that, use the rings also same method. finished group exercise then we can start the SB Or UL exercise.

SB-the resident will transfer the sand bags from one tray to another tray. both hands 4x. then we will ask them to throw the sandbags into the container. both hands 2x. start from center then to the side.
UL- group exercise, sandbag throwing n throwing the theraball for 10x starting from center to the left side n last right side.

afternoon ot more on gross, fine n cognitive exercise. finished that tidy up the place.

LEARN NEW THINGS

this week i have learned a lot new things in physio n outside of physio
gym. now we change the physiotherapy exercise program.
Monday & Tuesday- SB or sitting balance
Wed & Thurs- UL or Upper Limb Exercise
Friday and Sat- OT and PT Outside

PT is physiotherapist.her name is ginell, she is not renewing
her contract this june.goin back to her country. now she teaching us
how to handle wheelchairs inventory and cleaning. then the physiotherapy
inventory cheklist.

ginell taught me n another Therapy Assistant how to do wheelchair cleaning n how to noe the
different wheelchairs - w/c .

max 6 w/c depending on the uncle washing.
must check the name n must put the date if u want to sent for cleaning.
a lot of things to learn this year.
anyway i noe the different w/c n the types of w/c

1) Detachable w/c means the wheelchair leg rest can open at the side.
2) Non Detachable w/c means cannot open the wheelchair let rest.
3) Travelling w/c means can put in the can put in the car n very light.
4) Reclining w/c means have head rest. ( those with NGT) NGT Is nastro gastric tube)
5) Elevating w/c means no head rest.

after that, punched out our card then went to medicahl room to take our temp n must record it down inside the file. we followed ginell to find the uncle who will clean the w/c for us.
cannot find hime. i went to the washroom then came out saw him, then i ask him uncle charlie, how many wheelchair do you want to clean. he said 5. ginell is finding hime but i managed to pass
the message to ginell while i saw her outside the workshop. so i told ginell that the uncle wants 5 w/c to be clean.
then went home after that. reached home bathed n ate dinner.

For the 1st time

I attended the mass at sjh chapel. sister rosalia wants me to try n practice
using the mike to say good morning, sisters and brothers in christ, today is the 3rd sunday
of easter. some thing like that. for the 1st time was not tood bad but still not used to it.

after mass, my father pick me to send my elder sister home. then we went woodgroove to
have lunch. went to saint anthony church coz my mother attend mass there. i went basement of
the church to wait for her. we went back to ntuc to buy something. after buying, went causeway point to change some something. after changing. we went home. helped to mop the hse a bit
then blog. they told me i can sing but must try harder.

EASTER HAT PARADE 09

yesterday morning, the residents and staff of sjh had their easter hat parade.
it was conducted by the music ministry. the physio gals n the hmi students also did
2 dance item. after the whole event has finished, we push them back to dining hall.
we then went for our tea break. after that, we do bedside exercise for those never come out.
afternoon, the residents had their bingo. after bingo, went back to the gym to do some work.
i said goodbye to ginell and cathy because iam goin home to bath n go out again coz i got class at night. my lesson is for 2mths then after that take exam then got cert.

came home after the course, shower and sleep.

Happy Easter To All

went for mass at the chapel of sjh.
Grace, Cathy, me, Aiza, Catherine Kaye, Ilovea, sheryl and pauk pauk
sat 1ast row. to the right , in front of us is Ivy_Jen , Ginell and Dolores.
1st few rows in front is diana, Staff nurse eliza, janette and other staff.
celebrant is father michael. he wish all the people and splash holy water.
today we are not in the choir coz they invite other people from other church
come n sing. some songs we know but not all.

after mass, i went to cck to return the library book then went for lunch.
i drop at causeway point to see some music cd then went home.
watch tv then msn + yahoo messenger.
goin to bath n sleep.

back to work 2morow morning with a brand new day.

Annointing N Healing

this morning we push all the residents into the chapel,
about 9:30pm then started the mass.
ginell, catherine and me attended the mass.
Mass ended, the music minstry gave us some bread for the residents n staff.
every year we will go n attend.

one of the resident the servant goin back 1 month for vacation, her name is maboi from

we went back to the physio gym to clean the table with gif, wipe it clean with
water. after that, go for our break then go for bedside exercise. then had lunch.
after lunch, rest a while then prepare the things for bingo.

Bingo ended, so we went back to the gym to do out work, punched out our card then go
seperate ways. reached home, bath n eat dinner.

5th Sunday of Lent

now i understand something from the resident,
if ur heart is clean, then u can pray
if ur heart is not clean, u pray for wad, no use.
today attended mass at chapel, then went to causeway point to see
something, went for lunch with my father, elder sister n my nephew at
marsiling view coffeeshop to eat.
after lunch, we came home, rest a while.
about 3pm they goin back, they are goin sentosa with the friend for picnic.
today did not went out coz i dun feel like goin out. both my work collegues went out.
but sometimes only one will go out, the other 1 sometime she say go out but never go.
blog awhile then bath. after bathing, practise my psychomotoric exercise for monday afternoon
with the residents. i noe all the 4 music dics my fren lend me.

Saint Joseph Feast Day Mass

Today at 9am all the staff n residents must go to chapel
n attend the mass because we celebrate saint joseph birthday.
we had mass then cathy, ginell and me and other staff were at the
choir. got some new songs n old songs.

after mass, we slowly walk to the staff lounge to see got any nice food but don't have
so we took again a slow walk back to the physio gym.
our physio boss may came around 9am then one of the resident wants to do
his exercise so we bring him in only. he did his walking n standing exercise and he
listen some chinese music. after sent him back, cathy started to pack the ot cupboard.
then ginell start to help cathy pack also. i help to count the things for arts n craft.

we had lunch at 12pm then we went back to the gym after lunch. took our lunch break.
then we prepare for afternoon activity. we made some nice arts n craft, regarding to the holy week. tidy up the place then do 3mth review then we punched out our card then go seperate ways. reached home, bath n eat dinner.

JUMBLE SALE AT SJH

yesterday n today we went to the jumble sale at my workplace
they sell or the old things or old clothes people donate, i bought some clothes
but some old ones got people wear so must throw. today ginell, cathy and me also
went to see aunty lucy also went to see. ginell choose n find for me nice blouse to wear.
thanks so much. even cathy also help me. thanks so much to both of you

we went at 11am ginell bought a lot clothes n some soft toys n cathy bought 1 clothes n some other things. after jumble sale, we went to have lunch. after lunch, went back to the gym for a while then went for choir practice. after choir practice, went back again then around 2pm,
push the residents inside for the afterrnoon activity. then i went to attend infection control lesson at conference room located 2nd floor. i attend 2 lessons already the 1st 1 is abt chain of infection n 2nd 1 is hand hygiene. the lessons ended then went back to physio gym to continue the activity with the residents. then students from united world collgue came to push the residents back.
tidy up the place, write all the files then crack a bit of jokes with cathy, aunty lucy, ginell and me.
about 4:50pm, we went back to the jumble sale coz ginell own sister mary wong $1o for the things she bought. paid already, punched out our card then we went off to different ways. took bus n train home. shower then have dinner.

2 new Station

yesterday after work, i walk out of sjh then staff nurse eliza happen to go out, so
i accompay her, while we are waiting at the traffice light outside sjh, elisa saw us, she quickly
walk to the bus stop, we took bus 157 to jp. she started her baking class frm appolina.
while on the bus, she will complete her hairdressing course on 12th march 09. reached
jp, eliza, elisa n me wanted to see the 2 new station, we boarded the train, the train pass pioneer station, very nice for those people staying there. then the last stop is joo koon for those people
working in factory or industrial. we did not alight but we sit back to boonlay then to JE.
reached JE, me and eliza alighted, took red line track to marsiling, she goin ang mo kio.

now boonlay is not the last stop anymore, cannot miss the stop or else the staff there will
wake you up. just joking only. today went for mass at sjh chapel, after that i want to go to JP
to see something, so went there to see the new fairprice extra, very nice like giant.
after fairprice extra, went to grammaphone the video/ cd shop to see vcd but no new vcd.
walk around jp then went back. took train back. reached back marsiling mrt. went marsiling ntuc
to meet my mother she want to buy something. after buying, went home straight. reached home
blog then have lunch. i had egg mayonese sandwich for lunch. very tasty. yummy, shiok!!!!
msn then yahoo messenger. i open my yhaoo messenger n saw my work collegue online but offline already.

today after mass, i went jp to buy vcd for the residents. the title of the vcd is '' hoot.'
vrey funny movie. when i reached home, i test the vcd n it works. did not eat lunch, dun want
to eat rice so i ate cereal with banana inside. had shower after that, went to sleep after that.
i slepg at 5:30pm then woke up @ 7:11pm. had dinner then blog. i want to rest early coz my nose is itchy. finding some simple handicrafts for the residents to do. iam finding origami for them to do.

Swensens Dinner@ JP

after work, cathy, ginell and me are goin to jp to have dinner outside.
cathy will meet her friend also will be joining us. we took bus there, meet her friend.
then we went to basement of jp to eat. we found swensens so we went there to eat.
first time i ate fried ice cream using hot plate. wow so nice the taste.

we finished dinner , then we went to one CD N VCD Shop to see some video cd for the residents.
ginell bought 2 vcd. after buying, we went upstairs to see some more vcd. after that, we went to
sportslink to see thing then clothing shops. after all the shopping, we went down to 1st floor to john little there. then i want to walk to the mrt myself but my fren say must accompany me. so
they accompany me halfway. i took the train back home. reached home at 8:45pm, went my mother friend hse. went home after go my mother fren hse. she stay 9th floor. took shower then blog.

this is the 1st time i treat them. once in a lifetime.

after mass, i went out with my work collegues to orchard.
follow them to lucky plaza because they want to sent money back home.
after that, eat lunch there. then walk out of lucky plaza.
we walk to paragon then walk all the shopping malls there.
we enter paragon to take some pictures, after
taking , went to the washroom to freshen ourselfs up.

after paragon, we went to centerpoint to buy a drink coz we are thirsty.
we found a small area to rest n drink. after drinking, we left the place.
i and cathy went back first, while ginell, grace and her cousin went to plaza singapura
to shop, i did not go. iam a bit tired. took train home while cathy took train to biahan.
reached hm @ 4pm, shower then go my grandmother hse to eat diner.
came home, blog then sleep.

Today Is My 2oth birthday. my work collegues all wish me already.
received so many red packets frm my sister, my work collegues shared some money
to give me a red packet n one of the resident also give me.

today i went for mass at the home coz is my birthday. so must pray for good health and
wealth n everything. 1 year older. i will enjoy my birthday this year because iam goin
to treat my work collegues to a meal soon thanks for all ur wishes.

CHINESE NEW YEAR PICS @ Chinatown

we went out after work at 5:45pm, reached chinatown about 6 plus. walk around
the shops, Ilovea bought something. after buying, walk a bit. then they
say they are hungry. so i asked the people there where is the coffeeshop.
but iam thinking if they go there n eat, must wait for food n must wait for
table. so we went mac to eat dinner there. i eat mac chicken.
afte mac, we went around to take some pictues of chinatown decorations n lightings.
we left at 8:30pm. took train back to boonlay. walk jurong point a bit then took bus
157 home back to sjh. i stayed for the night.

i slept around 11pm because cannot sleep, woke up at 7am for work. i stay for 1 night.

Dinner AT JP

yesterday after work, cathy went out. about 5:15pm, she called me on
my hp, i told her my mother went out, so i will see the dinner there.
she told me aunty lucy is waiting at the church bus stop. so i help ginell
a bit in the wheelchairs. she say better to stay here n est. i never told her
iam leaving without eating dinner here.

so i hurried out of the home n walk quickly to the bus stop to wait for them. Cathy and her friend & me who went out. ginell did not went out ahe need to do her work after office hours n she had a slight cold.
we took bus 174 to boon lay mrt, then reached jp, walk a bit then we went to the
new jp then reached old jp. i did not know is connected. we had dinner at billy bombers
one of the western restaurant. her friend treat me dinner, so about 6:50pm, we left the restaurant.i told them i want to buy something there so i went ahead. i sms her friend say
thanks for the dinner. i took train home, reached home at 7:30pm after buying psp charger.

After the resident's christmas party, we went back to the gym to put the things.
rest a while, then took photos in the gym. photos to be uploaded soon.
i become the santa claus for the residents in giving them presents if they win the game or for awading.
ho ho ho !!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL THE RESIDENTS OF SJH.
i left the gym @4pm, punch out my work card then went to csthy room to
rest a while. when i left the gym, they still stsy there to take some more pictures but
never stsy so long.

Cathy went back to her room then she took shower. she is goin out to orchard with ny other work collegues.
sfter she finiish, she wore a nice beautiful dress with jeans.she left her room @ 4:30pm leaving me n my sg local nurse fren behind. she is sitting on the chair outside the office to wait for them to come down. they left the home
at 4:45pm, but i never go they will come back late. we went to loges birthday party. waited for naomi to finish her work, then after that, we went up to her room to wait for otherss to go also. the people who went to
loges party are: Janice, Chandrika, Naomi, Donnabel, Diana, Ilovea and me. we left the home @ 6:10pm.
took bus to jp to buy presents for her. after that, we walk to her birthday party. is a function hall. we reached the place at 7:45pm, settle down coming 8pm, so they told sister lily they will come back a bit late.
reached home around 10pm, went my elder sister house to sent my little nephew home.
bathed then sleep.

CHRISTMAS PAGEANT 08

just came back this morning about 2:10am
we went to church of francis of assisi to a christmas
play. i act as shepherd carrying the sheep n the cane.
the play ended at 11:40pm. we had a great time.
the play was a success after all the hard work n everyday
practisem, finally over. my dad, mom and my niece came
to support me in this show.
it was great wearing the shepherd costume n perform for the people there.
we are happy n tired.
this is the first time iam performing with the residents n some of the staff.

i will be acting as the shepherd.
there are 9 angels plus angel gabriel.
3 shepherds,

2 rich couple

1 mother mary.

and some of the residents are also goin to sing.

this is the 1st time iam doin these kind.

after all the hard work of practises everyday
even late in the nite coming 11.95pm.

Staff Year End Christmas Dinner

went to work, no afternoon activity coz nee ann
poly students scame n do some activity with the
residents. so we went back to the gym to do our work.
about 4pm, we punch out our card. then i went to my fren
room to rest for 1 hr then get ready to change into nice clothes
for the staff party. took a lot of pictures with some of the staff n sisters.

we had nice food from stamford caterer. after dinner, we had bingo game
then lucky draw from 36th to 16th prize but never win. we also have dance item (1)
by the myanmar staff doin their country culture dance. then bingo game again.
finished bingo game., dance item (2) by staff nurse janaigi daughter doin a indian dance.
then bonus lucky draw. final dance item (3) by the fillipino staff. after that all the dancers n some of the staff join in to sing 2 christmas songs. closing prayer frm sister geraldine.

all are fillipino staff, here are the peoplee i ask

Western Nite @ Hilton Hotel SG

last saturday, no afternoon activity because people

from outside are coming to the home to do some

christmas carolling for the residents. so we went to

ee peng liang hall to look after the residents. so after

they finish, push the residents back to the dining hall.

then one of the resident want to go to the jumblesale at the convent there, so we push her there.

after we went to the jumble sale, she bought some clothes

then me n my other collegue name ginell also see some more things.

we finish seeing all the jumble sale things already 4pm, punched out our work card

then we left, so i quickly hurried home bath n get ready to go out. ny father workplace

got dinner n dance at hilton hotel sg. so we must wear cowboys or cowgal costume.

yesterday did not post because i want to sleep.
after mass, wait for cathy then took bus to boonlay mrt station
then she ask me if i want to follow her out, i replied: ok
we took train to raffles place change over to the red line
goin to bishan. reached bishan junction 8.
walk around the shops, she bought one shoe,
after buying, buy something.
after that, we went to yoshinoya to have lunch,
finished lunch, she went off after that.
i took train to orchard to see the christmas lightings.
happen to saw my work collegue with another collegue
at orchard, she is goin to take the train, so i took the same train as her to city hall
reached city hall, she told me she goin somewhere with her other collgue, i did not
went with them. took train home, reached home around 2pm. vacuum the hse, bath and
took my afternoon rest.
sweet december is the best because christmas is coming n more events coming up, iam so excited.

Dinner Outside

today we had chinese opera for the chinese residents.
we sweep the place, tidy up , then left the physio
gym. we punch out then change into outing clothes.
we are goin out to eat. i change then meet them outside
the admin office. we suppose to meet at 4:2opm.
i and carthy aleady waiting for ginell to come down.
so after she come, we quickly walk to the bus stop, suddenly
the bus coming, we hurried but manage to get into the bus.
we took the bus to jurong point to meet carthy friend.
after meet the friend, we went to withdrawl some money then we went
to fish & co to have dinner. after that, walk around the shops.
after window shopping, we went to coffeebean to drink coffee.
sit there until 7:25pm then we left, i said goodbye to carthy n her friend and ginell.
they reached home at 8pm, i reached home at 8:25pm.

Sentosa + Esplanade Outing

yesterday after mass, we are goin out to
sentosa to celebrate one of our collegue birthday.
when we reached there, found a good spot
to rest. we sat there, we ate all the food
we bring. still got balance 3 packet in my bag
after sentosa, we went to vivo city to take some christmas decorations photos.
after vivo city, we went to city hall mrt to meet another collegue
walk around, then we walked to esplanade to take more pictures again.
we took mrt back then reached home around 7:30pm.

today we had eye checks frm tan tock seng hospital,
after they finish . we had lunch
afternoon no english newspaper reading, we thougt a lot of residents but they finish
be4 12pm.
the english resident's watch english flim show called'' racing stripes.''
while the chinese residents watch hokien opera show.
finish be4 4pm, we mop the place n we left the gym at 3:57pm.
punched out at 4pm then went to staff lounge to eat the cake. i bring extra from
my hse. last thur my nephew 1st birthday so i share with them.
i did not know that my work collegue ginell never eat durian, but she ate a little bit.
i wait for her to eat, after that she went to medical room to check something coz she need to
write a report on the residents medical notes. i said bye bye to her then i left.
reached hm @ 5pm. bath finish then eat dinner.

when i came back from my hk trip,
my face suddenly swollen like fluffly.
seen the doc then took medicine now okay.
on tuesday afternoon, during the afternoon activity

we had bingo, then during the game, suddenly i feel giddy.
then my work collegue ginell bring me to the medical room
to see the doc there. the doc check my pulse then he said okay.
then he ask me to lie down for a while.after the activity,
we went back to the phyio gym then i ate the bread.
then suddenly i feel like vomiting.
we walk out of the gym then suddenly i vomit on the floor coz i could not control.
after i went to the toilet to vomit again, i felt better then went to drink a cup of warm water.
after that my other work collegue went ahead coz she goin out. so i took bus home, reach
home, bath n rest a while. i have seen the doc again now stil taking medicine.
but iam fine today.

DEEPAVALI DINNER

went to loges house for dinner.

at jurong point at 6:30pm. they took 243 to come.

they cater food.
we ask loges if we can visit her room, her parents room, kitchen and the small prayer roon.

we left her hse at 8:10pm, loges took the same lift as us to the 1st floor, then she went back into the lift. we walk to the bus stop to take 243 to jurong point, reached JP, catherine n ginell sent me

CAME BACK

we went to the airport early
check in everything.
when we went to the foodcourt to eat something be4 boarding the plane.
then my elder sister went downstairs to see shoes.
she heard the annoucement that the flight frm hk to sg was delayed.
cx 715. we reached sg half n hour later. our flight suppose to be at 8pm but
was delayed until 9:10pm because the plane got some technical problem.
boarded the plane, found our seat to sit down.
the food on board was okay, we were about to land, then i ask for water to drink but never come.
maybe got some small turbulence all the stewardess and steward preparing to sit down.

reached sg at 12:55pm, then clear the custom, took our baggage.
my father drove us home.
unpack everything that i suppose to give my fren.
i slept at 2:35am. so iam goin to eat dinner early n go n sleep.
this morning i went to work, then my work collegue ask me to go back n rest coz they say i look tired from my expression on my face. left sjh at 12:30pm. reached home at 2pm.

after the morning resident's exercise, catherine went to the physio
office to find may. then me n ginell went to staff lounge to have our break.
about 11:30am, we had winter melon soup and mui choy. after lunch, do beside
exercise, finish all , went to take rest at the physio gym.
the residents had their psychomotoric ex. finish that, tidy up the place
then write the files and keep it back.
close up the gym at 5pm. punched out.
reched home 6:40pm.
had wonderful dinner.

Work Collegue Birthday

today is my work collegue birthday
her name is Catherine Molod.
she celebrated her birthday today.
reach workplace at 7:3oam, eat porridge
finish eating, went to the gym for the resident's to do their morning
exercise. then before 9:30am, lux asia the company let the resident's
do arts n craft, afte that, we tidy up the place, went for lunch.
they cater the food for the staff, finish lunch, went back
the gym, took my rest. woke up , about 1:30pm , housekeeper ask the physio
staff to bring all the 23 donated wheelchairs to the 4th floor. we took 3 trips to bring upstairs.

in the afternoon, the residents had their bingo n mahjong game, after bingo, went back to the gym to write the resident's report. wrote finish all the files, then ginell n carthy play master mind game,played finish , close up the gym, punch out the card then left at 5:20pm. as i walk to the bus stop, ginell is goin to collect her photos at jurong west. she ask me where are u goin my friend ? i said '' dunoe.'' so i accompany her go boonlay first, then went to one internet shop to find one of her collegue, so after finding her, we told her we goin ntuc to buy things. after buying, went back to the shop. after that, we walk out of boonlay then walk to jurong west blk 502 to collect photos. after collecting, walk around the shops, carthy wants to eat macdonalds so we went to buy. after buying, they sent me to the bus stop then they walk home. reached home around 8pm, bath n eat dinner. i sms ginell to see if they reach home. when i reach home, i call ginell , she ask me '' have i reach home, wad am i doin ?. i talk to her on the phone for 5mins.

i took mrt to bukit batok
then take bus 157 to my workplace
to attend the mass there.
after attending the mass, me, carthy, ginell, aiza, prescila, dolores, sheryl n janette
are goin to church of francis of assisi for the food fair. we walk there, then we bought
fillpino food. we bought spaghetti n coconut drink. we sat at one corner to eat.
each of us were given $10 coupon voucher. after eating, they buy n ask the people there
to packed in a box because they wants to brign back to sjh for their collegues to eat.
after the food fair, catherine, aiza, prescila, sheryl, janette all went back to sjh.

me, ginell and dolores took bus 174 to west mall, we suppose to go to jurong west but nevermind.
reach westmall, walk a bit then dolores bought one blouse from series shop. after buying, we took bus 157 to jurong west to collect photos but not yet ready. dolores also develop some of her photos. after that, we took bus 157 again ,i thought they goin back to SJH but ginell n dolores told me that they want to go to jurong pont to walk. reach jurong point, bought curry puffs.
walk to alano shop to see clothes. walk around the shops. both of them bought 1 blouse each,
went to harvey norman to see thing.after shopping at harvey norman, i said goodbye to ginell n dolores. i took the escalator to 1st floor, walk to the mrt station then took train home.

Dinner Outside

yesterday after work,
me and ginell went to boonkay to buy hello card for carthy.p
after boonlay, we took a slow walk to jurong west because ginell
wants to develop the resident's photo n some of her collegues photos.
after that, we walk to one shop, went in, then ginell wants to buy comb.
i gave her the comb, was broken.

after buying, we walk back to SJH, along the way i sratch the hello card to
get the numbe so that carthy can use to top up her hp money. reach SJH, i
wait for ginell to come down coz we goin to one of the staff nurse hse for dinner.
me, ginell, prescila n dolores went to their hse late. 1st batch of people went to her hse,
are chandrika, cho mynt,diana, janette, sheryl n elisa. we are the 2nd batch to go. i did not know
that she stay near my elder sister hse. she invited some of the staff but other staff did not went.
she stay at floravale blk 218 n when she ask me my eder sister stay which block, i said blk 248.
)we ate nasi briyani ( yellow rice ) n the chicken. she baked 2 cake , nice to eat the cake, n had a cup of coke. after dinner, we walk to sheng siong to buy things. after sheng shiong, ginell n her collegues sent me to the bus stop, n they walk back to SJH. i took bus 199 to boonlay mrt then took train home. reach home around 9:25pm. bath n took a warm cup of oats. drink finish , brush teeth n went to sleep.

2 Holidays This Month

since today is PH can sleep later.
i woke up at 8:15am.
2day is hari raya puasa.
brush teeth , wash face
finish, make my own breakfast.
eat bread and a cup of milo.
finish breakfast, went to
bath n get ready to go out.
we goin for tim sum at
dragon gate restaurant at
harbourfront center.
my cousins, my sisters n their husbands came.
my nephew also went.
we celebrate my grandmother birthday.
we finish lunch at 2pm.

my mother went takashimaya to change her shoes
coz too big. change the shoe, we went home
reach home around 3:30pm, watch tv then
took bath. after bath, sleep for 1hr.
eat diiner then watch tv.
so good this month got 2 PH.
one is hari raya puasa n the other
holiday is on 27th october .
that holiday is deepavali for the indians.

Orchard Road

Took Train to my workplace to
attend mass there,
after mass, my work collegue Ginell
not sure if she is goin to orchard. and she
told me if iam goin orchard, sms her.
as i was walking out of the home,
ginell also walk out of the home
with her other collegues
her other work collegues name Aiza, Ivy, Prescila
and ginell. so she called me , ask me if i want to go with them.
so i said ''ok.''.

we walk to the bus stop to take bus 174 to orchard, took 1 1/2 hr to reach.
so we sat in the bus. iam playing my psp game while ivy and aiza borrow my hp
to listen music, and ginell n prescila took a seat near us. when we reach orchard CK Tang,
a few mins walk to lucky plaza, went to LP, then withdraw $$$. after that, we went for lunch
at one food court, after lunch, walk around the shops. walk out of lucky plaza, we walk to OG Orchard, see things after that, since they want to go to plaza singapura, why take bus, just walk n u will reach ps. i told them also if they wants to go n visit the istana hse only on public holidays.
reached plaza singapura, we walk to one shop called samuel n kevin to see clothes and pants. after plaza singapura, we walk out of ps, found a bench to sit down. plaza singapura nearest mrt is ghoby ghout, went in the station to top up our mrt card, ask the passenger service staff
how to go to boonlay. we took train to city hall change over to east west direction. ginell n her other collegues took the same train as me, but they allighted at clementi coz buy something.

reached home at 4:30pm, bath and took my afternoon rest. i called ginell to see whether they reached home, i also sms to her. i sms to her to say i have reach home. they took bus 185 back
to SJH.
she sent me a sms
to say that they have have reached home already. they reached home at 6:35pm.

Bus Ride

went to work,
then in the morning got some volunteers came
n gave the resident's some games.
affter that, went back to the gym
to tidy up the place. went for lunch at 11:30pm.
finish lunch, had eng newspaper reading n chinese opera.
tidy up again. close up the gym n left at 4pm.

i went to change into my outing clothes, then ginell
is goin to jurong east. i wait for her, then still haven come
down so i missed call her hp. she wants to hear her ringtone,
but i told her only when the person could not get u then u get to hear the ringtone.

she came down around 4:25pm, walk out of the home, she wants to go to boonlay first to
buy thing, walk to the bus stop to take bus 198 to jurong east, then reached there, went to
JEC see things n some dvds, after that walk the nearby shops outside jec, then went walk to IMM. reached IMM, went to samuel n kelvin shop to see clothes, ginell bought one pants n one blouse. after buying, walk around then went to daiso. after daiso, we took the escalator to level 1
to take the shuttle bus back to jurong n ginell took shuttle bus back to boonlay. she reached home around 8:50pm. i reached hm at 8pm. bath n eat dinner. i call her on her hp after my dinner n
ask her wad time she reached hm, ask me wad am i doin ? , are u coming here to attend the mass ? after talking to her, she told me her hp battery flat, i said better charge ur hp battery.

Movie At Westmall

This morning i took train to my workplace
to attend the mass, after mass, catherine, Ginell and
me are goin out to orchard. then we took the bus
we saw 2 philipino nurses also goin out. we all took
the same bus. reached jurong point, we took train
to city hall change train towards somerset.

catherine wants took make hotel reservation
for her parents coz her parents coming on 3-11th december.
after that we walk to lucky plaza to have lunch.
after lunch we took train back to jurong east then alight at
west mall coz we want to watch movie. we watch the movie
called '' mirrors.'' a bit scary but iam not.
after the movie we went to shop n save to buy thing. then we said goodbye to
each other. reached home around 6pm.

today went to work, as i reached my workplace
around 7:30am, i saw ginell near the guard hse, so i put
the plastic bag inside got potato chips outside the ot room.
we walk to the staff lounge to have breakfast.
finished the morning resident's exercise,
we went for lunch coz is also our breaktime.

after lunch, we went back to the gym to do our work.
finish afternoon activity with the resident's. tidy up
close up the gym we punched our card at 4:00pm.
so i went to change into my outing clothes, then happened
today ginell is goin out with her other work collegues. i went out
with them, we took bus 198 to jurong east opposite snow city.
we went to jurong entertainment to see clothes, bought
hot fudge ice cream then walk to IMM. reached IMM, walk around
the shops then we also see some dvds at the CD Shop. i took the shuttlebus
to jurong east they took to boonlay. reached my hse downstairs the coffeeshop
bought dinner. reached home, bath then have dinner.

Mooncake Festival

2morow is mooncake festival n children play lantern.
today went to work, we ate beehoon n guotiao noodles
for our lunch.
finish lunch, took our rest.
eng residents had their english newspaper reading by me n catherine.
after that, we end up the session then push the residents back.

when left 2 residents. me n ginell push them back, then ginell told
me that she wants to go staff lounge to drink water so we went there,
then we ate some mooncakes, then catherine also come to eat. after eating,
went back physio gym to tidy up.
close up the gym, punch card then i left at 4pm.

Long Bus Ride

I attended the mass at my workplace, then after the mass,
my parents went for breakfast + lunch ( brunch)
after that, i want to go orchard.
then my work collegue name ginell
is also goin to orchard.
so i wait for her to go to orchard.

we left the home at 10.10am, so we walk to the bus
stop opposite the church of francis of assisi. we took
express 502 bus to orchard. we allighted at lucky plaza.
ginell wants to sent $$$$ back to her country. after that
walk around the shops there, then went to eat. went to one
cafeteria, found a seat to sit down, ginell ordered harlo- harlo
( something like ice kachang only thing got ice cream on the top)
must use the spoon to press all the ice, then scoop up all the jelly or red beans
inside) afte eating, Cathy wants to read philippine magazine so went to
one shop to buy YES Magazine.

went out of lucky plaza, we walk to far east plaza to see psp. maybe ginell
want to buy psp so i find out the price for her. after that we walk to takashimaya to see thing.
after takashimaya, we took the underpass to the mrt. took train home, reach hm around 2:50pm.

last thursday after work, me, ginell n her other work collegue.
her other work collgue name is Ivy.
we tool bus 198 to jurong east, then we walk to jurong entertainment center
to shop, reach there, went to this fashion to see clothes. after thatv ginell
wants to draw $$$$ at ocbc bank, so i accompany her to withdraw money.
after tbat we went back to JEC to meet ber other work collegue.
we walk out of jec then walk to cash converter shop to see things,
then ginell bough the speaker for $10.
bough finish, we took a walk to IMM shopping center, walk inside the pasa malam.
reached IMM shopping centre, we went to this sony shop to buy thing. her other work
collegue wants to buy psp for her brother, she bought ice silver psp for $318.

walk around the shops, then went to daiso ( selling japanese items) to see n buy thing
after daiso, we walk to 1st floor to take the free shuttle bus to the mrt. ginell n her other work
collegue took the shuttle bus goin back to boonlay , i took the bus back to jurong east mrt.
reached home around 9:15pm, bath, eat diinner then sent a message to them to say i have reach
home safely. i also msg ginell whether they have reach home. they reached home almost 9pm.

must iron my work uniform
so that i have enough to wear.
everyday work must change
new one coz all the sweat.
prepare for work the next day.
sleep early but cannot.
dunnoe why
i will sleep around 10pm if iam tired.
once i on the bed, i will sms my catherine or
ginell ask them wad are they doin.
after they replied me, i replied them back.

sunday not only iron clothes, must vacuum the hse.
life is like that.
when monday comes, we will talk during our break time,
like wad we do on sundays or whether i go out or not.
must let them have their free time also.
everyday see them at work like my father told me.
not always go out.

Cool Weather

this morning i attended the mass at my workplace,
after the mass i went to my elder sister hse.
reached there, my mother bath my little
nephew. after that, we went to taman jurong
coffeeshop to have breakfast.
i had eggs with four slices of bread
considered brunch ( breakfast+ lunch)
and had fried beehoon also.
finish our lunch, sent them home.

it was raining, so cooling to have a nice sleep.
when we reach home, my 2nd sister came to
my hse, then went down to have my haircut.
came home, bath n sleep.
i slept frm 3:30pm- 5pm.
so nice coz raining............

i attended the mass at my workplace, after the mass i went to plaza
singapura with my parents to have lunch. then afte that, i msg my work
collegues say that '' how was ur sunday.'' then they replied me with their sms
say that i will meet them 1:30pm. my parents drop me at takashimaya
then took the underpass to ck tang shopping center, as i was walking up,
i saw my work collegues, then ask me where iam goin, i said nowwhere. so i followered
them to lucky plaza. it was raining still, so i open my umbrella.

when we reached lucky plaza, walk around the shops then we went to the restaurant upstairs
to eat. my other work was eating because i have finished lunch.
took the same train with them but they alight at clememti coz they want to buy some stuffs.
reached home at 5:15pm.
bath n have dinner.

SINGAPORE 43RD BIRTHDAY

cannot eat too much fried chicken
not good for health, but moderate.

dementia. still we can manage.

we had bingo then finish the activity
went back physio room to put all the things then we

the gym. punched out at 5pm.

Nurses Day with BBQ

last sat we celebrated nurses day although 1st suppose to be the actual
day but they change the date, we will be having bbq for dinner.
after work i went to catherine room to bath and change. the bbq
start at 5pm and we are early. some of the staff start to come down
to the garden. we started at 5:35pm and ended at 7:30pm. we took
a lot of pics with the nurses and some with the sisters.
some of the nurses bring their family members.
we sat down on the grass with the floor mat, i eat with my work collegues
and other filipino nurses. then we ate the cake for nurses.

i invited my parents to the hone. they went back at 7:20pm. i stay in
the home, after sunday nass i go home. i enjoyed myself very much,

to those people who organise this for all the nurses.

seafood dinner

sat after work, went home to bath, then went out again.
we went to ah yat seafood restaurant at turf city.
we are having dinner with my cousin's family.
pick my sister at hougang then we went straight to the restaurant.
as we are driving along the espressway, we saw a few fighter jets fly up and came downn
n got one nice heart shape. very nice.
we reached the restaurant at 7pm. my cousin came with their parents.
be4 we start the dinner, if we want to eat must catch some seafood first. then the cook
will cook the seafood.
we ordered more than 10 dishes i think. finished dinner at 10.25pm. show my cousin's parents
my 2nd sister wedding pics frm my laptop.
sent my 2nd sister home then reached home almost midnight. then change , brush teeeth and sleep.

This is the 1st time i visit my work collegue room
on the 3rd floor. she shared with other collegues.
is a 10 bedded. all double deck. one ironing board.
and the staff lounge must walk to the end.
staff lounge got 3 computers with printers.
n got a dining table, tv and some armchairs.
after work, i punched my card then change into outing clothes.
then i call my mother say she will be goin my elder sister fren hse in
yio chu kang.
so nobody at home, ginell bring me up to see her room and her bed
where she sleep. as we walking up, we suppose to go to 3rd floor then we go
to 4th floor. so walk down again.before they enter their room, got one glass door. must enter
some code be4 can go in. so went in after that, she put her things. then we went to the staff lounge to relax. i taught her how to play 21. like card game. i won 3 rounds n lose 1 round.
after that we watch tv and ate the doughnuts we took for breakfast. we watch one show on vasatham channel very funny. watch until 6:10pm went for dinner. iam so honour to visit their room upstairs. we sit on the armchair to watch the show.

after dinner, i took bus n mrt home. reached home 7:25pm, then sms to ginell say that i have reached home safely. bath n sleep.

1st time in my life

this is the 1st time i finish my fried guotiao with beehoon for lunch.
always i cannot finish. aunty lucy will buy for us fried beehoon for us for
our lunch. after lunch, we will say '' Thank You.'' for helping us to buy.

after lunch, took my lunch break, after that we had our english newspaper
reading for those english resident's and the chinese resident's watch
chinese opera.finish all the activity, tidy up, close up the physio gym.
punched my card. then i suppose to wait for catherine because she is goin out.
i want to go home early to rest, as i was walking out of the home, i saw my work collegue
ginell goin out also. she going to boonlay to wash the resident's photo from her camera.
i wait for the bus outside the church of fransis assisi. i said goobye to her.
took train home then reached home around 5:30pm then shower. after that, took

lousy and bad day

today i reached my workplace almost 8am.
if only i took train.
my elder sister so slow.

Hate Fridays

i hate friday because our lunch is fish with veggie.depending what veggie
they cook.
today is fried fish and bitergourd.
after lunch, took our lunch break. today no chinese newspaper
reading because aunty lucy and aunty rose went for dementia
tak( chinese) in buona vista.

those english resident's had their english flim show, title of movie
'' Enchanted'. then those chinese resident's watch chines opera.
finish all the activity, tidy up the place then write the resident's file.
me and catherine put back the other tv near her room. is already 5pm,
so i went back to physio gym and catherine went back to her own room.
i went back physio room to take my bag. i saw ginell cut the resident's wheelchair
nametag that she will put on their wheelchair. she laminate their name tag.
i saw my watch then i see is only 5:05pm, so i decided to wait for he to finish.
we close the physio gym @ 5:09pm. then i punched my card n her card.
i left the home and i reached back my hse at 6:50pm.

Slight Flu Again

i hate flu.
spoilt ur mood, must take more warm

work is great, only me, aunty lucy and douglas
went for our lunch. Catherine and ginell did not
take their lunch. ginell and douglas need to do
bedside exercise for one of the resident. the
eng resident's had their cognitive activity
n the chinese resident's watch chinese opera.
finished work at 5pm then punched out.
took bus and train home. reached home 6:30pm.
eat dinner then watch tv.

great dinner

after work, we wenr to jurong west food centre to eat.
aunty lucy, douglas, ginell, catherine and me
we got 1 new physio staff name douglas.
he just joined us but jan next year he will learn conselling.

he drive us there, when we reach there,
we found a table to sit down
we ordered oyster, popiah, hor fun, fish steamboat.
catherine ate noodle while i ate fried fish bee hoon with soup.
we finished dinner at 6:25pm. douglas sent aunty lucy home first, then sent me to
mrt then sent catherine and ginell back to the home.
took train home
reached home 8pm, bath n sleep.
nice dinner 2nite, i enj0yed.

Celebrations

did our resident's exercise in the morning.
after that, we had our break.
we ate bread n a cup of ice water.

did the resident's psychomotoric ex.
my 2nd time doin it but not used to it.
need more pratice.

we tidy up the place, then we write all the files then do
our 3mth review. there is one blue paper that says 3mth review, we
will write it there. we did half already.
2morow after work, iam goin out with catherine, ginell, aunty lucy and our new staff
named douglas to have dinner outside the home. bye bye

INFECTION CONTROL POSTER

long time never blog coz me and my other work collegues are
busy doin the posters. but finally we won after the announce the results.
we was quite nevous because we dun wan to get consolation or 2nd price.
every year physio won 1st prize. when the say 1st prize goes to physio dept.
we was so happy coz the prize money is $150., 2nd prize $100 and consolation
$50.

we have 2 posters, so called it twins. before the dance, we had some games and pre contest
results, other nurses play the 1st and 2nd games. we played the 3rd game but we lost.
we had so much fun and we they call us the hand washers dancers because our dance
relates to the 7 steps of handwashing. the staff, sisters and the resident's enjoyed the performance by the dancers. those people congratulate us after we won.
after the event, we took bus to jurong point to eat dinner, we had billy bonkers.
after dinner we went to coffeebean to have a drink. we went to drink and relax.
after coffeebean, we went to the pasa malam to see. then they took bus home i took train home.
reached home at 8:15pm. i enjoyed myself.

Farewell To Bishop Gregory Yong

Today
went to work, we all went to attend some prayer session
at the chapel this morning because our fav bishop died on
28th june 08
in SJH. they put his coffin into the van.
some of us cried , some felt sad as we wait for the van to drive off.

then do all the resident's exercise finish.
had our tea break, then after tea break, we do some assesment
for one new resident. me and catherine went to eat lunch first.
coz ginell and our physio boss may want to see if the resident
can do some simple exercise.
in the afternoon, ginell went for her computer class in the home,
so i took over the psychomotoric exercise class, not easy to do. got some difference.
but i tried.
finish work at 5pm, punch my workcard.
then change into my outing clothes. after i change i walk out of the gate.
as i was walking out, ginell is going out to boonlay, so i accompany her then wait at the bus
stop near the church of francis assisi then took bus 240 to jurong point. then took bus 181
to my elder sister hse, eat dinner there then came home. take care

REXBAND

after work, punch my workcard then went to my catherine
room to bath and change because we are goin out with sr veronica
and another sister to suntec city
had dinner at 5:45pm and we left at 6pm.
we are goin to watch live band and the name of the band is called
Rexband, Catherine, me and ginell took the convent car. we share 1 car to
go there.

when we reached there, we find the place and managed to find the auditorium
for the show. the performance start at 7:30pm. we went in then i saw bro terrance
and bro jude. after we saw them, we went in n find a seat to sit down. We sit near to the band
the band was nice. there was a lot of singing, dancing and acting.
after the show, i treat them to old chang kee curry puff and muffins got one table there n got
1 man selling for those want to buy and eat.
we reached back home at 11:30pm, i stay there 4 one nite.

Nice Dinner

Today

went to work as usual, had our tea break then went
for lunch. after lunch, took a short nap when i
work up is already 1:27pm. finish our afternoon
activity, write all the files then catherine and ginell
continue our infection control poster.

is already 5:05pm, aunty lucy already left, iam still at my
workplace. go my elder sister hse only 10mins. wait for them
to finish is already 5:45pm, they asked me if i want to have
my dinner there, i said: ok coz my mom never cook. me, catherine
and ginell went to the staff lounge to have dinner. finished dinner at
6:30pm said gd bye to them.
then i straight walk out of the gate and cross the zebra cossing
n i took bus 185 to my elder sis house.

2 day tbe dinner quite nice, got rice, noodles, vegetables, fish and 2 different
type of chicken. shower at my elder sister hse then went home after that.

this month and next month.
is infection control month.
we already done the posters
just add some more things
n we are done n can submit
the poster to the nursing department.

Not only we are doin posters,
we are doin some dance relating to hand hygiene.
the 7 steps of hand washing.
we will be performing on july 4.
everyday we are practising the dance.
yesterday i stay at my workplace to practice.
had my bfast at 7:35am at the staff lounge
and wait for my other work collegue to come to eat breakfast.

Catherine went for some talk about Cannosian,
learn more about the cannosian sisters.

so today only me, ginell, aunty lucy handle the physio.
ze ying the tcm lady will do massage for the resident's
who are having pain in the body or the leg.

Today
went to work, my flu came back again, i hate flu have to take medicine, and after
flu i will have cough. hate it. and this month is infection control month.
we have to do posters, we will be doing one dance relating to hand hygiene.
this year title for infection control is Hand Hygiene, Clean Hands Save Lives.
the compeition is end of june and the compeition is on fri so thurs after
work have to stay there for 1 day. had noodles for lunch
afrer lunch, i took flu medicine and went to sleep for half n hour.

had our afternoon activity, lucky we end early coz some of the resident's having flu
and cough. me and ginell having flu and catherine have sore throat and aunty lucy got cough
some more next week our physio boss coming back and she is scared of getting flu.
must faster recover. if i got flu, will take me 2- 3 weeks to recover.

2morow nite is U R THE ONE ( Wei Wo Du Zun) Grand Final.
i think for gal is Tang Shiqian and for the guy is Yuan Shuai.
i don't have ticket cannot go mediacorp. actually i want to go.

Worst Lunch

My father drove me to marsiling mrt
n took mrt to bukit batok
then take bus service 157 to work.
reached my workplace at 7:30am
change into my work uniform
finished the resident's exercise.

During our break Time, we had bread
about 11:40am, we had lunch.
today they cool fried fish with bittergourd
i only eat a little bit.
finish lunch then took a rest.
had our bingo session with the resident's.
after the activity, i wash the mahjong tiles with water
then wipe it dry then put it back in the box.

We finish work at 5:05pm, went home shower then eat dinner.
