2nd sunday church service

it's been a long time i last blog. went to church as normal
this week is the holy week and must pray n reflect.
after mass, went to woodgrove the coffeeshop
to buy 2 packet of onion prata with egg.
1 for me n the other for my father.
after buying, i went home and i eat the prata and
watch '' School House Rockz'' last episode.
after lunch, rest a while, then shower.
shower finish , sleep for 1hr then wake up.
it was raining outside, nice weather to sleep.
had fried rice for dinner and then watch tv.
after watch tv and i will play my psp for a while.
iam goin to sleep early 2nite.

Happy Day

is been a long time i last blogged. about 5 days i never blog.
i woke up and i take my shower, after my shower i brush teeth n wash face
change into my work uniform and i ate my breakfast. my father drove me to work then i start work immediately.

went for our breaktime and we had cheekueh. aunty lucy bough for us to eat. after eating that chee kueh. is already 11:30am. so the volunteer uncle push our the trolley with a pot of rice, fried fish and veggie. we want to have a full lunch so we ate rice and some veggie. today fruits is orange so i took 3 orange for my work collegues to eat. after lunch, rest a while then about 1:35pm. i went to the workshop to get the trolley so that they can put the 2 mahjong table and other stuff on the trolley.

Today is Grand Bingo , we will give them prizes. today is a lucky day for us because we got some students from 2 sec sch. one is from boon lay sec sch and the other is from st anthony convent.
they came to help the resident's with their bingo game.
after the bingo game, we pack up and wentr back to the gym. i help them wash the mahjong tiles and dried them up with a cloth.

finished everything i put the ot things on the table for 2morow for them to use.

Wet Wednesday

today i went to work as normal, reached workplace , punched my workcard then went to staff dining hall to see got what food is nice there. today no nice food all bread. ate 1 piece of bread with peanut buttter. after eating i wait for my other work collegues to wash their cup because every morning they eat breakfast there. they usually had bread , porridge or chee cheong fun with coffee, tea or other drinks they put there.

every morning, i have to look after the resident's in the gym because aunty lucy the therapy aid have to help Sr Teresa Tan in her bathing. she usually come in about 8:30am every day. so nobody there and my work collegue need to push the resident's in for their exercise. from 8am to 8:30am. after 8:.30am, i can go back to the ot room to help my other work collegue for the resident's exercise.

after all the morning exercises, we tidy up the place and we went for our break. after break , we went for our bedside exercise with our resident's. finished the bedside exercise, went for lunch n got some fillpino nurses who were having their lunch. took my plate with rice , chicken and veggie. then they let me try one of their food. the name of this food is called : Fried Pig Skin that is what they told me when i asked them what is this food ? 1st time trying and the taste is okay and also my 1st time in my life i have tried these kind of food.

finished lunch, wash my lunch plate and i went back to the gym to take a short nap. and is 1:25pm and is time to push the resident's in for their afternoon activity. after the afternoon activity, tidy up the place n we write reports. finished work together @ 4:58pm. reaced home @ 6pm. shower, eat dinner and then watch '' Romantic Princess'' on CH U. afternoon rain for a while then stop. went home still drizzling but i got umbrella.

Lovely Sunday Outing

went out at 10.25am, meet my work collegues at westmall. i reached at 10.55am. my work collegues. came at 11.25am. me, catherine and ginell.
they were late because of the mass ended late. after meeting them, we went for lunch at the foodcourt. found a seat do sit down. they had japanese food and i had carrot cake white and had drink. after lunch we went to eng wah cinema to buy tickets for 1:50m show. the show is Spiderwick Chronicles movie. we shop around until 1:15m then went back to the cinema. the staff there opened the iron bar with a long rope so that we can enter the cinema room.

when we enter the cinema room, find our seat to sit down, i help them to hold 1 packet of popcorn and 1 cup of drinks while my fren hold the other packet and the drink. then me and my other fren wen to the washroom first, went back to the room ro eat our popcorn. before the movie start got a few advertisement. the movie started at 2pm. after the movie, we took train to boon lay. we went to jurong point, shop around and we went toys r rus to see the toys. after that we wait for my work fren who is a nurse aid there. we had kfc for dinner. i took bus 181 from boonlay mrt to her house. her house is near Gek Poh Shopping centre. i stay her house for 1 night because her husband on work duty. reached her house, shower then sleep. next morning i took bus 185 to my workplace.

When will the rain stop ?

when will the rain stop ? everyday raining sometimes rain morning or late afternoon when i want to go home after work. rain for 3 days already, waiting for the sun to come out. this monrh should be a warm weather not a raining weather. once rain i have to wear slippers wait my work shoes wet and cannot dry in time.

if rain i have to go to work my own, later late for work. rain rain go away come again another day. drains full of water because of heavy rain. i wish the sun could faster come so that can go out now raining day nice to sleep coz no need to on air con or fan. very cooling to sleep on your own bed.

today still raining when i came home from work, my work pants still a bit wet, i will use the iron to make it warm so that i can wear again. this morning it started to rain at 5:30am, rain for 1 hr then stop already.
pray to god that the rain will stop be4 our nice weekend this week.

Rain Rain Go Away

It started t0 rain in the afternoon at 2:30pm. today no psychomotoric exercise the resident's got performance by the students. so we push the resident's there then they waited for 1 hr until 3pm but still haven come so we bring our psychomotoric exercise with the music cd to one of the hall name EE PENG Liang Hall to do some exercise with them coz today is monday. then they told us that the students not coming today change to another day.

we played the exerise music and do the psychomotoric exercise dance with the resident's. one of the resident's said no need to wait for them , your perform better. in the end we are the one performing for them and is from the physio staff without auntie lucy. Lol. we did for them 3 dance and 1 dance from us. they enjoyed it very much. we ended at 3:30pm just nice for their dinner.

push them back to their dining hall and we went back to the gym to sweep and mop the place.
after that we took out the files for writing. afte writing we put back the files into the drawer.
we locked the physio rm the side door and we left the gym to punch our work card on the time machine.
reached home 6:55pm, went spectacle shop to collect my mother spectacle and i ask them to adjust my spec coz look like falling down.

American Breakfast @ The La Cartel

i woke up at 7.30am, then my father told us that my elder sister with our nephew want to have breakfast with us. so we brush our teeth, wash our face and change into outing clothes. i brush my teeth and took i took a quick shower.
my father is goin to pick my elder sis at her house in jurong west.
This morning we had breakfast at the la cartel cafe at IMM. i had french toast with egg, the bread is free flow, u can eat as many times as u wan. my mother had pancake with bacon, my elder sister had pancake with egg and some bread, my father had mushroom omelette. all come with a set of coffee or tea.

we have to wait 10-15 mins for the bread because the people grab all the bread. u can take your own butter, chiili sauce, tomato sauce or olive oil. they put in one small container. the staff bring out the bread and got many people waiting for the bread. i manage to cut 2 loave of bread, then my mother help me cut the rest of the bread coz many people waiting.

after breakfast, sent my elder sister back to her house and we went home straigjt. came home change into home cloths and sleep for a while. about 5pm i woke up and had a warm holick drink and i vacuum the house. after that i shower and had dinner. now taking to my fren on msn. she work in sjh before.

Lovely Sat

Went home at 7pm, coz i help them to pack the ot rm. we ate some desserts there. i went home after packing the seashells and put them into one small container. so many things in the cupboard. Catherine, Ginell and me help each other to pack. i did not know the cupboards in the ot room got so many container inside got threads, ribbons, buttons and many more. 1st time i pack seashells into another container. they had dinner there inside the ot room. nice place to stay there if u come from another country, they came here to work to earn money for their own use and family, i got 2 work collegues staying there, they are stay in staff so can eat, sleep and work there. if u want to go to ur room on the 3rd or 4th floor, u can use the staircase or the lift.

i ever went to visit my fren from other country who work there, they shared rms and outside they put shoerack. their rooms i think some double decker beds while some single beds.

Warm Friday

2day contine to pack the OT room, stayed behind until 5:40pm but i throw away the wate from the jug coz inside got black ants runnin around the jug. they are thirsty n hungry at the time.
auntie lucy bought some bisquits and potato chips for us. my pants the pocket got $2 so i went to office and change to coins.
after i change the coins, i went to the vending machine to buy drinks for them, 2 1oo plus and 1 packet milo. total $2.80. treat them once a while

they say thank you for the drink i treat them..i reached hm 7:15pm.

Bad Thursday

Went to my workplace late coz this morning my father drove me to work and there is long queue of cars causing to jam. i reached my workplace @ 8.20am. so bad luck. i punched my workcard on the machine and i went to change my sandals to my working shoes. i reached the physio gym and i went straight to the OT Room where i will give cognitive and hand exercise for the resident's. after we do finish the exercise for our resident's.wipe the chairs with a wet cloth , off the physio rm the lights and everything. went to the ot room to have some tibits to eat.

me, catherine and ginell had some tibits be4 we go to staff lounge to eat. we went there and ate beehoon so that later lunch no need to eat. after we eat, went for our bedside exercise. after the bed exercise, went back to the gym to take a nap. about 1.45pm we start to push the resident's in for their afternoon activity. usually every thurs have Arts&Craft , we will put old newspaper on the table because we may use paints and glue. later table dirty and sticky. 3pm we start our afternoon activity, students from CHIJ Kellock gals came to help the aunties and uncles to do the personalised stationery pad. finish our activity, they push them back and we tidy up the place.

we start to write the reports, after writing, they want to pack the cupboards from the OT Room. i have to seperate the different sponge balls because some are round while the other 1 is a different sponge balls. by the time i finish is already 5.45pm, so i said goodbye to my work collegue and i puch out my work card then i went to change into my outing clothes and took bus to my elder sister house. went her house for a while then took bus to jurong because i have dental appt @ 7:30pm. only 10 mins only , paid $$$ then we took train home. reached home @ 8:45pm then shower and have dinner.

Rain Rain Go Away

went to work as normal but i reached my workplace @ 7:50am. greet my work collegues and the housekeeper the lady. it was still raining but it was drizzling. i punched my work card on the time machine. then i walk to the staff lounge to wash my water bottle and then fill the water bottle frm the water cooler. I took my time to walk to the gym and i open the physio rm the side door where the resident's do their walking exercise on the parrell bar. on the lights there and open the shutter. the shutter is to cover up the place when rainin and be4 we go back. bro engeirio start to come in at 7:59am to collect water and juice for the resident's.

after i done that, i start to push the resident's for their exercise. after all our exercise , we tidy up the gym and about 11am. my work collegue ginell need to take bishop to the gym to do his leg cycling and my fren will talk to him until 11.30am. me, Catherine and bro engeirio wait at the staff lounge until 11.25am. Every Mon, Wed & Thurs. she is goin to do his leg cycling in the gym.
after doin that, she will bring him back to his room and she will continue to do her beside exercise with her other resident's. she will meet bro engeirio near the staff lounge. Every week got different brothers come and help us do exercise with the resident's and goin for beside exercise with the physiotherapist.

we finish our break, Catherine went to her room to get the drawing book and a bag of water colour paints, palette and cup. the cup is for them to wash the brush, if they want to use another colour pain. Our art theapy resident is Dunstan Jude Beins. today he painted a swi,mming pool with slide and got childen playing, somemore is raining. he use white colour for the rain. very cleaver this fellow. after we finish, clean up the place and she wil bring him back to his room and i will wash all the postal colour on the palette, brush and the cup and then dried it up with tissue paper.

afte that, we had lunch. today lunch is fried rice but little bit only with celery and carrots
and fried chicken. after lunch , went back to the gym to rest a while. about 1:30pm bro egeirio and Catherine start to come back from their lunch break. I bring the tv out from the small room and i push it near the standing area.
about 1:55om we start to push the resident's in for their afternoon activity, they had chinese opera while the english resident's had their cognitive activity facilitate by my work collegue. about 2pm, Catherine have to go up to the conference rm to attend some meeting. about 3: 15pm then she came back to the gym. after the activity , some students came to help to push the resident's back to their dining place.
i bring back the tv to the small room near the treatment room there is one sliding door.

We swept and mop the place, then take out all the resident's report file to write. then they bring some tibits from the ot room to the office to the physio office to eat. they eat as they write. but don't have crumbs dun have to worry about that. after write finish, we lock the physio rm the side door but we just close the main door because ginell my work collegue want bro engeirio to help her push some wheelchairs to the gym.

I punch out my work card at 5pm. then i went to find my Nurse aid fren name Cecelia. talk to her for a while then i walk out of the home and i took the bus to bukit batok and i take the train home. reached home at 6:30pm.

bathed and had dinner, then watched Romantic Princess on Ch U until 9pm. after the show , write new post for my blog. later i goin to call my Nurse Aid fren frm sjh at 10pm.

Rainy Monday

went to work as usual but i miss the 174 bus i have to take bus 157. bus service 174 go by expressway and is faster. i go to work everyday by that bus.
if i take that bus, i reach my workplace at 7.30am.

reached my workplace and i punch my word card on the machine and i greet my work collegues.
brother martin help us in the physio gym until sat.
had our morning exercise, tidy up the physio gym.
went for our break. after our break, we went for our beside exercise. after that we wenr for our lunch we had fried beehoon with veggie so plain.

in he afternoon, we had our psychomotoric exercise. Catherine did her own resident's at the OT room while ginell do her resident's exercise at the gym. and me doin exercise for the resident's outside. tidy up the place and we start to write reports. we finish work at 5.10pm and i punch my out my work card on the machine.

after work i went to meet my old sjh fren. she come to singapore to find job but all the job far from her house. jobs area : 1) ang moh kio 2) Ubi ( Eunos).
i met her at sjh bus stop and i went to her house for a while then about 6.45pm. i left her house and i took bus to the interchange and took mrt home.
long time never meet after the last time she went back.
reached homr 7.25pm and i shower. shower finish, eat dinner and then blog.

Normal sunday

woke up @ 8.00am, i brush my teeth and i wash my face. after that i went to shower and change into my outing clothes. i goin to attend church mass at 9.15am, so i quickly shower and i take a warm cup of cereal for my breakfast. l left the house @ 8.45am.

i take a stroll walk and i brought along 1 small packet of bisquit to eat. i reach the church @ 9am. enter the church, found a seat to sit down. the mass begin at 9.15am. it ended at 10.15am. i went to the church basement to eat n have a cup of warm tea.. 2day church canteen got people selling food and drinks. today is aunty florence turn to sell food and drinks to the church people. she suppose to do next week but she exchange with another group. i asked aunty florence daughter name : vanessa. i ask her to pack some fried rice for me. and i bought some muffins for my mother to try.

went home at 10.50am and i on the tv coz got '' School House Rockz.'' the show is 11-11.30am every sunday morning.
the fried rice i cannot finish so i put some rice onto a small plate so that later can eat again.
i eat and watch the show at the same time. after lunch, i vacuum the house then rest a while. i check my email at 2pm till now still using the computer.

maybe 2nite i will online again at MSN. some of my frens afternoon not online. they only use at night maybe they are tired , busy or went out.
suppose to go out with my work collegues to botanic garden but they are busy. they will be goin to lucky plaza to sent $$$$$$$ to their family in phillipine. so iam at home 2day.
