Friday boring

long time never post, dunnoe wad to post. yay 2morow 1st of march already. 2morow morning our physio gym got some volunteers to do some activities for the resident's. they will be doing games and we just help them. they coming about 9-10am i think. use our morning exercise time do all these things, lame. we must come to work as normal at 8am. today nothing must to post,

went to work as usual, blah blah blah, then i greet my work collegues and the sister there.
punch my work card on the time machine @ 7.50am.
waiting for them to finish their drink then we can go to the gym to open the door for the resident's.

reached the physio gym, bring out all the wheelchairs, long table, table soccer and the whiteboard. on all the lights and the aircon to make the place cool for them to use.
then bro monteiro came in at 7.58am. every morning he has to help us take water and juice for the resident's for them to drink. after he take the water and jug, he put the water jug on the table. then we start to push the resident's for their exercise.

finished our morning exercise with the resident's at 10.50am. we tidy up the place then we rest a while.
Sr Elizabeth law want to do her walking using the roller frame back to her room so my work collegue ginell walk with her but she push her wheelchair back to her room. when my work collegue came back after sending sister eliz law back to her room which is located at the hospice area. then she took some bisquits from the container to eat because she was hungry. then me, ginell and bro monteiro wait for Catherine at the staff louge.
then she came and i had my cereal drink and i sat on the armchair that can go down. both my work collegues started to talk to each other in their language. their dialect is Tagalog.
both of them asked me : '' do u wan to go to Bontanic Garden this sun.'' i said: '' ok. then ginell my work collegue asked me :'' i bring u to my country but u must save $$$. i replied : '' iam still saving some $$$.'' after our break we went for our beside exercise, after that we went for lunch. after lunch i went back to the gym to take a nap.



in the afternoon, we had our english flim show and chinese newspaper reading for them.
after all finished, tidy up the place and we start to write reports until 4.45pm. i went home @ 5.20pm coz i wait for Catherine to take bus. i forgot to help my work collegue to bring in all the chair and the table soccer.
