Hurt my last toe on my left leg

this afternoon when we want to begin our afternoon activity, all the resident's are watching return of the condor heroes show.
while they are watching, some of the resident's haven come so i just look after them first. i pushed the resident n arrange her seat , while i was arranging her seat. i go back 1 step and her wheelchair the wheels went over my toes. now my last toes on my left leg is a bit painful.
so i try to massage the painful area but still the same.
after work , my father took me to my elder's sister house to visit our grandson.
i reached her house and i took of my socks, my toe is still pain. my father saw me and asked me wad happened. i said the wheelchair went over my toes. my elder sister passed me a bottle of oil to my father. then my father rub the painful area with the oil.

came back from dinner at a nearby coffeeshop.
had my bath and my father rub 4 me the oil again.

later i goin to take panadol to stop the pain.

walk a bit slow of the pain the last toe.
