Bad cold

Having a bad cold this morning when i came work. my workplace got 1 small room called the occupational therapy room for residents to do their hand n cognitive exercise. the temperature was 25 degrees celcius, i reduced to 28 deg. is a bit hot but i still sneezing non stop.

my 2 work fren got meeting in the physio office. our physio boss want to see them, so i had early lunch. after lunch i went to the medical room to get some flu medicine n i took it.

we begin our activity at 3pm. the resident's made a beautiful chinese new year card.
after the activity, my physio work fren ask me to go home at 4.30pm. i punched my work card on the time machine n i talk to my other frens i noe there.
i went home after that.
hope i can recover soon by 2morow.
rest early, take my medicine and drink lots of water !!!!!!!
