St Magdalen of Canossa

Helllo.......

I woke up at 6.45am. I went to the washroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. after brushing my teeth, I went to change into my work unifform. I ate the marie biskuits for breakfast and a cup of hot milo. got no pancake all sold out. I had a full breakfast.
Breakfast over, my father wear his shoes and I also wear my shoes.

He drove me to work. When I reached my workplace, I Said '' Good Morning'' To the guard. I take my time to walk to the dining area where I will punch my time on the punchcard.

after I punch the time on my punchcard, I saw Carthy she ask me what is the time and I Said '' 7.55am. she quickly walk to the time stamp machine and she punch her time on her punchcard.

As I was walking to the physio room, I also said '' Good Morning'' to one of the resident name Lam Ah Moey. She said '' Cho San '' ( Good Morning')

I Reached the Physiotherapy room and one of the therapist name Elizabeth also said '' Good Morning'' I also said '' Good Morning''.

Today ADL Is - Dressing. Learn how to wear your pants without the help of the missy in your room, they only help u a little bit.

At about 10.50am, we need to push in all the wheelchairs and bring in the table soccer into the physio room.

We off the physio room abd OT room lights and aircon. We walk to the staff canteen to rest for a while before going to the video conference which is located on the second floor.
as we are walking, We saw Elizabeth Wheeled Bishop, he talk to us for a while. We said '' Good Morning '' Grace. We took the lift tp the 2nd floor.

Today is the feast day of Saint Magdalen of Canossa.

Schedule

11.30am- Video Conference on St Magdalen of Canossa.
12pm- Lunch At the Convent.

Video Conference over , We took the lift to the 1st floor. Zar ZAr our former physio staff was in the same lift as us. We walk to the convent, when we reached the convent. We find our seat to seat down. We Sang the song about meals. Our lunch is Buffet.

They Blessed the food so that we can start eating. My Another work friend name Joanne asked Zar Zar to start first. but she don't want to start first so Joanne went to take her food first then me and Zar Zar went to take our own food.

Joanne asked Zar Zar how many rounds of food you want to eat.
Zar Zar replied : 3 rounds of food.

I Had yellow rice with fish , toufu and egg called '' Son In Law''.

I had 2 rounds of food. can't really eat anymore.
