Meeting for all Physio Staff

Hello ,

All Those who work in the physio must attend meetings at 11.30am, It usually end 12.30pm depending how many residents we reviewing.

May who work in the physio office will ask we all to go for meetings and we cannot be late. If not she has to wait for us.

The Meetings usually Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Depending May the physiotherapist, sometimes she will let us know if there is a change in meeting times. we will review the resident file and we will see how old is the resident, why is he/she is falling, medication, medical history and behaviour. In The middle of the month, there will be 3 month review and assessement of the residents.

and we will talk and share with everybody on how we can help the residents improve their health, vision, equipment, Transfer Technique and environment. May will ask the therapist questions and they must answer the questions correctly if not they are delaying our lunch time.
